These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.nerisajewelry.com operated by Nerisa Jewelry, with its registered seat in Poland. By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. PRODUCTS
Our store offers jewelry products. Product images, descriptions, weights, dimensions, and colors are provided for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product due to: natural characteristics of gemstones and metals, manufacturing processes, screen and lighting differences. Such differences do not constitute a defect.
3. PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount. Accepted payment methods are displayed on the website. Payment must be completed before order fulfillment.
4. ORDER PROCESS
An order becomes binding once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of: incorrect data provided by the customer, suspicion fraud or abuse, or unavailability of products.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. All orders are processed and dispatched within up to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, force majeure, or incorrect delivery information. The risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Any additional customs duties, taxes or import fees incurred upon delivery to the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email before the deadline. Returned items must be: unworn and unused, in original condition and packaging, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
7. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item is inspected.
8. COMPLAINTS & DEFECTS
Under the law, consumers have the right to file a complaint if the product has a physical or legal defect. Complaints should be submitted via email with: order number, description of the defect, photos (if applicable). We will respond within 14 days.
9. LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including images, logos, designs, and texts, is the property of Nerisa Jewelry and may not be used without permission.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Polish courts.
12. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS:
You may return jewelry within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Custom, engraved, resized, or personalized jewelry is non-returnable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
13. PRIVACY POLICY
DATA CONTROLLER:
The data controller is Nerisa Jewelry, located in Poland.
PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT:
We may collect: name and surname, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, payment-related data (processed by payment providers), IP address.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING:
Personal data is processed to: fulfill orders, process payments, handle returns and complaints, comply with legal obligations.
LEGAL BASIS (GDPR):
Data is processed under Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of GDPR.
DATA RETENTION:
Data is retained only as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
